You will own social media for a set of client and in-house brands. Sitting with the growth marketing team, you will take each brand from strategy to results: planning the calendar, writing and directing the content, publishing across channels, running community management, and reporting on what worked and what to do next. This is a hands-on role for someone with a year or two of real social experience who wants more ownership of live accounts.
What you will do
- Own monthly content strategy and calendars across Instagram and LinkedIn for several brands
- Write captions, hooks, and short copy that hold each brand's voice and tone
- Brief and direct designers and video editors on the assets each post needs
- Schedule, publish, and manage the pipeline so nothing slips
- Run community management: reply to comments and DMs, and handle anything sensitive with care
- Track performance and pull clear weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth
- Turn the numbers into decisions: what to double down on, what to drop
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and competitor activity worth borrowing
- Coordinate content shoots and keep the asset library organised
What we look for
- One to two years running social media, in an agency or in-house
- A track record of accounts you have grown, with a portfolio or handles to show
- Fluent in how Instagram and LinkedIn work day to day, as a user and a creator
- Clear, correct written English and a strong feel for tone
- Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools, and with Canva or CapCut
- Organised, reliable, and able to hold several brands at once
- A degree, in any discipline
Nice to have
- Experience with paid social or working alongside a performance team
- An eye for design and short-form video
- Experience with enterprise or professional brands
