DAM Networks team at work

CAREERS

Work on Problems That Have a Business Outcome Attached

DAM Networks works with enterprise organisations across Enterprise Technology, Digital Transformation, Growth Marketing, and Events & Experiences. We hire people who want their work measured by what it changed for a client, not by the hours it took.

THE WORK

What working here is actually like

DAM Networks is structured around client programmes, not internal departments. That shapes the work more than anything else we could put on this page.

The outcome is defined before the work starts

Every engagement begins with a commercial objective: a pipeline number, a cycle time, an adoption rate, a booking target. You will know what your work is meant to move, and you will see whether it moved.

Client-facing earlier than most places

Our teams are small and programme-led. People here sit in the room where the problem gets defined rather than receiving a brief that has already been translated twice.

Exposure across practice areas

Technology, marketing, and events run against a shared brief on many programmes. A developer sees the commercial model. A marketer sees the platform constraints. That crossover is the point.

Enterprise standards, including the boring parts

We work with regulated and enterprise clients, which means compliance, documentation, and review cycles are part of the craft. If rigour appeals to you rather than annoys you, you will fit.

DISCIPLINES

Where we hire

We recruit across all four practice areas. Specific openings vary through the year, so we read every profile that comes in, whether or not a matching role is posted.

Enterprise Technology

Software engineers, web and mobile developers, cloud and DevOps engineers, QA, and solution architects. Work spans custom platforms, AI integration, and enterprise infrastructure.

Enterprise Technology →

Digital Transformation

Business analysts, process consultants, programme managers, and change specialists who can connect an operational problem to the technology and process work that resolves it.

Digital Transformation →

Growth Marketing

Performance marketers, SEO and content specialists, marketing automation and analytics people. Programmes are managed against pipeline and revenue, not channel dashboards.

Growth Marketing →

Events & Experiences

Event producers, project managers, production and logistics specialists, and client servicing leads for medical conferences, sales meetings, exhibitions, and brand experiences.

Events & Experiences →

HIRING PROCESS

How hiring works here

The process is short and the same for everyone. We tell you where you stand at each stage.

01

Send your profile

Email your CV to our team with a short note on the kind of work you want to do. Links to work you are proud of are more useful to us than a cover letter.

02

Introductory conversation

A conversation about your experience, what you want next, and the kind of programmes we run. This is also where you should ask us the hard questions.

03

Practical discussion

A working session with the people you would actually work alongside, built around a real problem in your discipline rather than a puzzle with no relationship to the job.

04

Offer and onboarding

If it is a fit on both sides, we make an offer and agree a start date. You are assigned to a live programme with a clear brief rather than a holding period.

APPLY

No role listed that fits? Send your profile anyway.

We accept profiles year-round across technology, transformation, marketing, and events. If your experience is relevant, we will keep it on file and come back to you when a programme needs it.
